Wholehearted
A 6-Week Teen Relationship Circle
Wholehearted is a 6-week therapeutic support group designed to help teenage girls build a stronger relationship with themselves while creating authentic, supportive connections with one another. This group offers a safe, welcoming space where girls can explore who they are, develop emotional awareness, and discover that they are not alone in what they're experiencing.
Each week combines guided discussion, nervous system regulation skills, reflective journaling, and a creative art project centered around a different prompt. Throughout the series, participants will create one piece of artwork each week that reflects a different part of themselves. In the final session, these pieces come together into one completed "Wholehearted" artwork, representing every emotion, strength, struggle, and experience as part of who they are, and that all parts belong. By doing so in a group format, teens simultaneously learn that all parts of their community are worthy of belonging as well.
